Social Screening Product Highlights (Sep 25 to Nov 25)

: Users can now screen videos and images using their own custom categories through custom category prompts. It can be setup with the help of support team.

: Adverse media screening is now supported on the web within the Brand Safety flow as well.

: The Social Screening application now includes a detailed view of screened items along with the platforms processed.

: Users can now unflag any content against any category or keyword as needed, and the report will reflect these updates after regeneration. It can be done on the Social Screening platform itself.

: Users can now choose whether to include the word cloud and unevaluated posts in their PDF reports.

: The platform now screens descriptions for LinkedIn articles, documents, and unidentified media. Only the description is screened, not the attached file or link.

: Analytics data for private profiles is now included in the generated PDF reports.

: The Social Media Screening report now displays only the difference between platforms allowed for the customer and the platforms submitted by the user.

: Support email and contact number can now be added to all reports. This applies to both white labelled and co-branded reports and is configured at the tenant level on request.

: The email field is no longer mandatory when raising BGV requests from the Social Screening application.

: Users can now select and download multiple reports at once, improving efficiency in the SS App.

: Pagination has been updated across listing and content pages. Users will return to the same page when navigating back instead of being redirected to the first page.

: Bulk upload CSVs can now include reference photos, a feature previously available only for single profile uploads.
